Why does my order status say "Pending payment"?

This happens when your order is very recent or the payment is still being processed and verified by the banking entities. This is completely normal and your status will automatically update once cleared.

Why isn't the exact location showing yet?

To get the exact location, the package needs to reach the Last Mile Carrier in your country. Once they receive and scan it, they will update the tracking with the estimated delivery time.

I have a Last Mile Carrier and tracking number, but the link shows no info?

If you see a carrier and a tracking link, but their website shows an error or "Label Created", it means the package has been handed over but is still in transit to their local facility. Please allow a few days for the tracking to activate on their end.
