Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they have been placed. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
- UK orders: 6–10 business days.
- European orders: 8–12 business days.
- International orders: 8–12 business days.
All delivery estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, local courier delays, peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking to become active after receiving the email.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us at support@bealgnd.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected.
