Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

How to start a return

You'll receive all the instructions and the correct return address there. Items sent back without starting a return through the portal will not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer: a flat fee of €4.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

When you start a return through the portal, you can choose to exchange your item for another size, colour or product, or receive store credit — with no need to repurchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@bealgnd.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items purchased on sale and gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, get in touch at support@bealgnd.com.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
