What does Bealgnd mean?

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days, depending on your destination.

Orders require an additional 1–2 business days for processing before they ship. Every order includes a tracking number, sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Where are your products shipped from?

Bealgnd holds stock across several warehouses. Our main warehouse is based in Spain, where it all started — but many orders ship from our international logistics centres, helping us meet global demand and deliver faster worldwide.

Which warehouse fulfils your order depends on product availability and your delivery destination.

Are your products high quality?

Every Bealgnd product is intentionally designed and carefully made, with close attention to materials, construction, and finish.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes — you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange it for a different size or item.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all tags, accessories and packaging included.

Return shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility, as agreed to when you made your purchase with us — this cost is never reimbursed by Bealgnd, under any circumstances.

How do I return an item?

Start your return here — no need to contact us first. You'll find the return address and full instructions inside the form.

Once you've shipped your item back, send us the tracking number so we can follow it.

When we receive your return, we'll inspect it to confirm it's in suitable condition.

Once approved, we'll issue a refund for the full amount paid.
